Sharna Arti – Ādarśa founder, Psychologist, Somatic Psychotherapist, Breathwork facilitator & Yoga Teacher
I have a deep passion for my chosen field and consider it a great privilege to engage in the work I do. Since becoming a therapist, my focus has always been on learning and applying the most effective psycho-technologies and knowledge within my field. By integrating transpersonal psychology in a somatic/process-oriented approach, I create a space for individuals to address issues from the various levels of experience they may be stemming from. More specifically for this process-oriented work I blend EMDR, Havening, Somatic Experiencing, nondual therapy, mindless, breathwork and where invited, psychological astrology. The way I work helps to provide a distinct integration of past experiences, and frees up the body to allow for one to reconnect with a peaceful state of natural beingness.
Sometimes, the work is less experiential, where my role is to help individuals discover their inner courage and resilience to navigate challenging life events. Other times, the therapeutic space helps clients develop better understanding and meaning-making as they navigate our complex modern world.
Due to a deep understanding of the pervasive issue of loneliness and disconnection within today’s society, and drawing from my own healing journey I strongly believe in the benefits of group work. Therefore, I offer not only individual consultations but also facilitate group workshops and retreats that incorporate many different modalities such as Kundalini yoga, breathwork and art therapy. I have also brought together an Ādarśa team of other facilitators also interested in offering beautiful and transformative experiences within groups. I work alongside my beloved canine sidekick Kiron, who is an integral part of my practice.

I am passionate about helping you reach your goals in a way that makes you feel supported and empowered. Lee Beaton – Psychotherapist And Couples Therapist
I’m an experienced Gestalt psychotherapist specialising in couples therapy, helping you break negative communication cycles and understand attachment styles.
It’s an honour and a privilege to do this work. I practice Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), a non-judgemental, evidence-based approach with a proven 86% improvement rate by the end of therapy. One year later, 75% of couples report that their relationship is still stronger than before starting therapy. This method, grounded in research, aligns with my training as a Gestalt psychotherapist. In a world where technology and societal pressures often create distraction and distance from what is real, finding our way back to the fundamental need for love and connection is now more important than ever.
EFT is about bringing you back into your body, opening your heart and stilling your mind to feel what is real about the love in your relationship. Through every conversation and session I strive to transform lives, helping to build more secure relationships, one at a time. I specialize in helping adults, couples, and individuals navigate the dating world by fostering self-healing and building stronger relationships. I focus on addressing the core emotional and attachment patterns that shape how they connect with others.
One way I do this is by using emotion focused therapy for individuals. If you feel alone, stuck or disconnected, don’t give up until you’ve tried relationship coaching. I have a particular interest in intimacy and sensuality—issues that many couples struggle with, especially when it comes to harmonising our innate sexual instincts. Sexuality is so often clouded by shame, societal expectations, and commodification, yet it’s the foundation of our vitality and is also the bridge that will keep us close in our most precious relationships.
As a long-time meditator, my approach is deeply shaped by my own psycho- spiritual practice. I believe mindfulness, compassion, and self-care are essential to healing and nurturing relationships. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent individual, living in a neurospicy family, I bring both personal and professional insights about neurodiversity to my work. With over 20 years of experience in community mental health and group work, I offer sensitivity, humour, and compassion in addressing the challenges of navigating our overstimulated world.
My approach is also informed by the way trauma is held in the body, and I’m a passionate advocate for somatic practices – like meditation, yoga, and movement – as powerful tools to ground and release dysregulated trauma energy.
Dharamjot Khalsa – Holistic Wellness Counsellor – The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP) Practitioner
I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to healing and empowerment. My approach acknowledges not just the challenges you face but also the resilience and strength you already possess. I believe true transformation comes from working with both the mind and body to create lasting change.
The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP): This structured and integrative approach helps resolve trauma, anxiety, and limiting beliefs at their core. TRTP works at the subconscious level, allowing you to shift out of survival mode and into a state of ease and empowerment. Through this process, we can release the emotional charge of past experiences, helping you regain a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence. This is a 3 x 2 hour process that creates radical change.
In addition to TRTP, I incorporate holistic modalities such as Kundalini Yoga and mindfulness-based practices to support healing and self-discovery. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and move forward with renewed purpose.
