About the retreats

A sanctuary for deep healing

Our quarterly retreats offer an immersive, multi-day healing experience held at the beautiful Pullman on the Park in Melbourne. These are not wellness weekends — they are carefully designed therapeutic containers for people ready to do deep work.

Each retreat brings together a small group of participants with our skilled team of practitioners, offering a rich blend of somatic therapy, breathwork, yoga, sound healing, and group processing.

The retreat format allows for a depth of work that is simply not possible in weekly sessions. The continuity, the community, and the dedicated time away from everyday life create conditions for profound shifts.

For NDIS participants, these retreats may be accessible through Short Term Accommodation (STA) funding. Please contact us to discuss your individual situation and funding options.

NDIS access

Accessing retreats through NDIS

For NDIS participants, our retreats may be accessible through Short Term Accommodation (STA) funding, sometimes called respite. STA funding can cover accommodation, meals, and support during the retreat period.

We are not an NDIS registered provider, which means our retreats are best suited to self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants who have flexibility in how they use their funding.

We recommend speaking with your support coordinator or plan manager to explore whether our retreats align with your NDIS goals and funding. We're happy to provide documentation to support your funding application.
