Registered Psychologist · Somatic Psychotherapist · Breathwork Facilitator
I have a deep passion for this work and consider it a great privilege. By integrating transpersonal psychology in a somatic, process-oriented approach, I create a space for individuals to address issues from the various levels of experience they may be stemming from.
This integrative approach provides a space for unresolved experiences and emotions to be welcomed and released. In the right setting, the nervous system is capable of creating a movement that brings individuals out of a stuck way of being — with tremendous relief.
With over 20 years of experience as a somatic psychotherapist, I bring a depth of training and a genuine commitment to each person's healing journey. My work draws on somatic psychotherapy, EMDR, schema therapy, psychological astrology, holotropic breathwork, and kundalini yoga.
I believe that healing is not a linear process — it unfolds in its own time, at the pace the nervous system can tolerate. My role is to create the conditions for that unfolding, with warmth, skill, and deep respect for each person's unique path.

Our approach to healing
Body-centred
We believe the body holds the key to healing. Somatic approaches work directly with the nervous system, not just the mind.
Trauma-informed
All our work is grounded in an understanding of trauma and its effects on the nervous system, relationships, and sense of self.
Integrative
We draw on multiple evidence-based modalities, tailoring our approach to each individual's needs, history, and goals.
Relational
The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of healing. We prioritise safety, trust, and genuine human connection.
